Remember what went on the lawn
A spray diary puts the product, date and amount in one place. LawnSuite keeps treatment records with each lawn zone, so you can look back at a job when planning the next one.
Save the result with your lawn zone
The browser app's calculator connects the arithmetic to your treatment journal.
- Enter your label rate and select your lawn zone. The calculator scales the rate from your product's label to the zone's area. You can also use the public rate calculator for the arithmetic.
- Log the app calculator result. In the browser app, choose Log to treatment. LawnSuite saves a completed treatment with the current date, the calculated product amount and the result text in Notes.
- Look back by zone. Open that zone's Treatments list to find the record. On Web, search by product name or choose the Completed filter.
With a product selected from My Shed, the record uses that product's name. A manually entered rate is recorded as Custom product. My Shed is included on Pro; manual label-rate entry and treatment logging are included on Free.
A journal for more than spraying
Add your own notes
When creating a treatment on Web, enter the product name, treatment type, date and Notes. You can put the label rate, area and your own observations in Notes alongside the job.
Keep planned and completed jobs distinct
A new treatment starts as a scheduled job. Mark it completed after the work is done; the diary then shows it among your completed treatments. Logging from the calculator creates a completed record directly.
Record other lawn care
Treatment types also include mowing, watering, aeration and dethatching. Keep those jobs with the same zone as your product records.
